There are three stone farmhouses: one dates from the sixteenth century and the other two from the nineteenth century. They have all been restored with the greatest respect for the traditional architecture of rural Maremma. There are twelve pretty guest rooms in all, each with its own bathroom. Out of choice, there is no television here. Instead we have a beautiful room with fireplace in which you’ll find a range of table games to play with your friends or those you’ll meet here. Sometimes we really do need tranquillity and a quiet chat to recover our balance. 

Here you’ll have dinner in the veranda on large wooden tables…. as you can imagine there is a fantastic view over the hills. Our cooks have a lifetime of experience in preparing traditional Maremman recipes. We just give them what we grow organically and the miracles are their department. Such as: acquacotta, homemade spaghetti with agliata (garlic) sauce, wild boar stew, all served with an authentic Morellino di Scansano wine.
